The current payment plan is 25% on booking, 25% on layout, 25% on RERA and 25% on possession. Please confirm the plan in writing with our team at the time of booking.

The Ridge is in Kurali, Mohali (SAS Nagar) district, Punjab, on the Kurali–New Chandigarh corridor. It is about 15–20 minutes from Chandigarh and Mohali, 12 minutes from Chandigarh University and about 40 minutes from Chandigarh International Airport, depending on traffic.
